At Autosylum, every design, build, and word is driven by original thought and the pursuit of mechanical art. We take intellectual property seriously—ours and others’. This page outlines the ownership and usage rights associated with the content, branding, and products you see on autosylum.com and its related platforms.
1. Ownership of Content
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this site is the property of Autosylum, including but not limited to:
Product designs (physical and digital)
Logos and brand marks
Text and written copy
Custom illustrations, track map graphics, and apparel artwork
Audio and video content (e.g. Project Croc and the Through the Windshield podcast)
Photos of custom commissions and product builds
All materials are protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade dress rights.
2. Use of Autosylum Materials
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Autosylum content without our explicit written permission.
What’s allowed without asking?
Sharing a link to our site or content with proper credit
Quoting small portions of text (with attribution) for editorial or educational purposes
What’s not allowed?
Using our logos, designs, or graphics in any commercial or promotional way
Reposting product images without a link back to the original page
Replicating our custom-built products or their likenesses for resale
3. Track Map Artwork
All track outlines used in our Track Map Series are custom-created by Autosylum and manually vector-traced for design use. These stylized representations are for artistic and decorative purposes and do not replicate proprietary designs from any racing organization.
4. Respect for Other IP
Autosylum respects the trademarks and copyrights of others. We intentionally avoid use of official OEM logos, brand marks, or badging in our products and designs. If you believe your intellectual property is being used improperly on our site, please notify us and we’ll address it promptly.
5. Reporting IP Concerns
If you’re a rights holder and have a concern regarding our use of a particular asset or believe your intellectual property has been infringed upon, please contact us at:

6. Enforcement
Unauthorized use of Autosylum’s intellectual property will result in legal action. We protect our designs not to gatekeep creativity—but to defend the originality, work, and chaos that go into everything we make.
