Autosylum Refund Policy:

At Autosylum, we stand behind the quality of our products—whether it’s an embroidered t-shirt, a track map print, or a one-of-one engine coffee table.

That said, not everything we make is eligible for return. Please review the details below before placing your order.

1. Apparel & Standard Merchandise

Eligible Items:

  • T-shirts, hats, stickers, and prints that are unworn, unused, and returned in original condition.

  • Requests made within 30 days of delivery.

Process:

  • Email us at support@autosylum.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • If eligible, we’ll send instructions for return shipping.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Sale or discounted items.

  • Gift cards.

2. Custom Commissions (Engine Tables, Display Hoods, etc.)

Due to the bespoke nature of our commissioned pieces, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun.

We work closely with you during the design consultation process to ensure you’re confident before the build starts.

If issues arise during delivery or installation, we’ll make it right within reason—but no refunds will be issued for change of mind or subjective preferences.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll handle replacements and make it right ASAP.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

4. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or provider.
