At Autosylum, we ship two kinds of things: bold apparel for car lovers—and custom-built mechanical art that deserves its own red carpet. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

1. Apparel & Merchandise Shipping

Products Covered:
T-shirts, hats, prints, and stickers from our public product lines, like the Track Map Series and exclusive Autosylum apparel.

Shipping Methods:
We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on your location and order size.

Processing Time:

  • Orders ship within 3–5 business days (excluding holidays and custom pre-orders)

  • You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled

Shipping Rates:

  • Calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for minimum order amounts (if applicable)

2. Custom Commission Delivery

Products Covered:
Engine block tables, display hoods, crankshaft furniture, and all one-of-one commissioned builds.

Delivery Method:
We hand-deliver all commissioned pieces within the continental U.S. to ensure safe transport, final inspection, and proper placement. This isn't just a delivery—it's the final act of craftsmanship.

Timing & Coordination:

  • Delivery timelines are coordinated during your build process

  • Expect communication throughout to confirm windows and logistics

  • Delivery dates may vary based on location, build complexity, and weather

Fees:

  • A delivery fee may be added based on distance and logistics

  • Exact details will be confirmed in your commission agreement

3. International Shipping

We currently do not ship custom commissions internationally.

For apparel and standard merchandise, international shipping may be available based on destination and carrier availability at checkout.

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Duties or taxes

  • Delays due to international shipping regulations

4. Delivery Issues or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
